The process
Every file follows the same disciplined sequence, tracked in your private portal from the day the contract is signed to the day it records.
You submit the executed contract through your portal. We confirm parties, key dates, and the service level the file needs, then open the file the same business day.
Earnest money and due diligence fee delivery is tracked, the closing attorney or escrow office is opened, and every party is introduced with one clean email thread.
Due diligence, earnest money, appraisal, financing, and closing dates are entered into your portal timeline with countdowns — so nothing sneaks up on you or your client.
Disclosures, addenda, and repair agreements are collected, routed for e-signature, and filed by category. Your compliance file builds itself as the deal moves.
On Full Service and Concierge files we schedule inspections, gather repair quotes, coordinate access and lockboxes, and follow up with vendors until the work is done.
We confirm the closing appointment, track the closing disclosure, and hand your brokerage a complete, exportable compliance file the moment the deal records.
